andU User Agreement

为保障您（以下或称用户）的权益，请于注册登录使用andU之服务前，详细阅读以下规定（以下简称本条款）。当您点选登入时，即表示您已详细审阅并了解本条款，并同意完全遵守andU之管理规章、规范。

To protect your (hereinafter referred to as the user) rights, please carefully read the following regulations (hereinafter referred to as these terms) before registering and logging in to use andU services. When you click to log in, it means that you have carefully reviewed and understood these terms, and agree to fully comply with the management rules and regulations of andU.

请您在认真阅读并充分理解本协议内容之后决定是否接受本协议。如您是未成年人（未满18周岁）， 请您在法定监护人陪同下仔细阅读并充分理解本协议，并征得法定监护人的同意后使用本产品。 您接受本协议全部内容之后，即可注册、登录或使用本协议所涉相关服务。您的注册、登录、使用等行为视为对本协议全部内容的接受。本产品及相关服务或运营的需要可单方决定，安排或指定其关联方、控制公司、继承公司或公司认可的第三方公司继续运营本产品。并且，就本协议项下涉及的某些服务，可能会由本产品的关联方、控制公司、继承公司或本产品认可的第三方公司向您提供。您知晓并同意接受相关服务内容，即视为接受相关权利义务关系亦受本协议约束。

Please carefully read and fully understand the contents of this agreement before deciding whether to accept it. If you are a minor (under the age of 18), please carefully read and fully understand this agreement with the legal guardian, and obtain the consent of the legal guardian before using this product. After accepting all the contents of this agreement, you can register, log in, or use the relevant services covered by this agreement. Your registration, login, use, and other actions shall be deemed as acceptance of all contents of this agreement. The need for this product and related services or operations can be unilaterally decided, and its affiliates, controlling companies, inheriting companies, or third-party companies recognized by the company can be arranged or designated to continue operating this product. Moreover, certain services related to this agreement may be provided to you by affiliates, controlling companies, inheriting companies, or third-party companies recognized by this product. You are aware and agree to accept the relevant service content, which is considered as accepting the relevant rights and obligations and being bound by this agreement.

本协议内容由公司随时更新，您可在本产品查阅最新版协议条款。更新后的协议条款一旦公布即代替原来的协议条款。协议条款更新后，如您不同意接受，您不应继续使用本产品提供的服务。

The content of this agreement is updated by the company at any time, and you can refer to the latest version of the agreement terms on this product. Once the updated agreement terms are published, they will replace the original agreement terms. If you do not agree to accept the updated terms of the agreement, you should not continue to use the services provided by this product.

1. 账号注册与使用要求

1. Account registration and usage requirements

1.1 您同意于注册加入新会员时提供详实的个人资料，您所登录之资料若事后有所变更时，应随时于线上更新。如您提供的个人资料有任何不实（如您使用虚伪不实之方式进行储值，亦属个人资料不实）或误导之嫌，andU得随时终止您的会员资格及使用各项服务之权利。

1.1 You agree to provide detailed personal information when registering to join a new member. If there are any changes to the information you have logged in afterwards, it should be updated online at any time. If there is any false or misleading personal information provided by you (such as using false or untrue methods to store value, it is also considered as false personal information), andU may terminate your membership and the right to use various services at any time.

1.2 您必须自行选择您的账号名称以及密码来建立账号。若您的账号名称侵犯任何版权或商标，andU保留删除您账号的权利。

1.2 You must choose your own account name and password to establish an account. If your account name infringes on any copyright or trademark, andU reserves the right to delete your account.

1.3 一个账号在同一时间只能有一人使用。您在"andU"的注册账号所有权及有关权益均归"andU" 所有，您完成注册手续后仅享有该账号的使用权。您必须就您的账号及密码的保管负全责；您并且同意您不会将账号、密码转让、出租或出借予他人使用。

1.3 An account can only be used by one person at a time. The ownership and related rights of your registered account in andU belong to andU. After completing the registration procedures, you only have the right to use the account. You must take full responsibility for the custody of your account and password; You also agree that you will not transfer, rent or lend your account or password to others for use.

1.4 若您发现所拥有之账号遭人非法使用或有任何异常破坏使用安全的情形时，请立即通知andU；但若是因为您的保管疏失，导致账号密码遭他人非法使用时，andU将不负责处理。

1.4 If you find that your account has been illegally used or there is any abnormal situation that undermines the security of use, please notify andU immediately; But if your account and password are illegally used by others due to your negligence in storage, andU will not be responsible for handling.

1.5 您理解并同意，如您在注册后连续超过 1 年未登入使用账号，"andU"有权随时停用或删除您账号，此时账号内点数将失效（法律另有规定者，从该规定）。

1.5 You understand and agree that if you fail to log in and use your account for more than one consecutive year after registration, andU has the right to suspend or delete your account at any time, and the points in your account will become invalid (unless otherwise provided by law).

1.6 当您希望永久停止使用您注册的andU账号时，您可以根据我们提供的账号注销流程以注销该账号。请注意，为了保障您、andU或其他相关人士的利益，我们会对您的账号进行检验以确认是否允许您注销该账号。我们仅对您的注销账号行为进行必要的合理的验证和检查，并不会过度限制您的权利，若您的账号存在我们认为不适宜注销的情况，我们可能会限制您的账号注销行为。

1.6 When you wish to permanently stop using your registered andU account, you can follow the account cancellation process provided by us to cancel the account. Please note that in order to ensure your safety For the benefit of andU or other relevant parties, we will verify your account to confirm whether you are allowed to cancel it. We only conduct necessary and reasonable verification and inspection of your account cancellation behavior, and will not overly limit your rights. If your account is deemed unsuitable for cancellation by us, we may restrict your account cancellation behavior.

2.1 您使用本产品，可以通过预装、公司已授权的第三方下载等方式获取产品客户端应用程序或访问相关网站。若您并非从公司或经公司授权的第三方获取本产品软件的，公司无法保证非官方版本的产品软件能够正常使用，您因此遭受的损失与公司无关。 

2.1 By using this product, you can obtain the product client application or access relevant websites through pre installation, third-party downloads authorized by the company, and other means. If you did not obtain this product software from the company or a third party authorized by the company, the company cannot guarantee that the unofficial version of the product software can be used normally, and any losses you may suffer as a result are not related to the company.

2.2 您充分理解并同意：本产品是一个基于用户关系网的点对点信息服务平台，您须对在平台上注册信息的真实性、合法性、有效性承担全部责任，不得冒充他人或利用他人的名义传播任何信息，不得恶意使用注册账号导致其他用户误认。否则，平台有权立即停止提供服务，注销您的账号，您应自行承担由此而产生的一切法律责任。

2.2 You fully understand and agree that this product is a peer-to-peer information service platform based on user relationship networks. You are fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, and validity of the registered information on the platform. You shall not impersonate others or use their names to spread any information, and shall not maliciously use the registered account to cause other users to misunderstand. Otherwise, the platform has the right to immediately stop providing services and cancel your account. You should bear all legal responsibilities arising from this.

2.3 本产品对您上传的所有信息的真实性、合法性、无害性、有效性等不负任何单独或连带之保证责任，您因其所传播的信息而引发的相关法律责任由您自行承担。

2.3 This product does not assume any separate or joint guarantee responsibility for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, validity, etc. of all the information you upload. You are solely responsible for any legal liabilities arising from the information you disseminate.

2.4 为提高您上传、传输内容的曝光量及发布效率，您同意您在本产品账号及本产品其他版本（后续开发的其他版本等）的账号所发布的全部内容均授权公司以您的账号在各个版本间自动同步，您在平台发布、修改、删除、设置等操作，均会同步到上述产品各版本。

2.4 In order to increase the exposure and publishing efficiency of your uploaded and transmitted content, you agree that all content published on your account for this product and other versions of this product (such as later developed versions) is authorized to be automatically synchronized between different versions using your account. Your operations such as publishing, modifying, deleting, and setting on the platform will be synchronized to each version of the aforementioned product.

2.5 您充分了解并同意，"andU"仅提供讯息分享、传送及获取之平台，用户必须为自己注册账号下之一切行为负责，包括您所传送的任何内容以及由此产生之任何结果。于使用本服务时若有任何违反法律规定之情事，包括但不限于侵害andU或第三人之知识产权或其他权利、利益之行为，应自负相关法律责任。如违反法律、本条款或andU相关会员规范之规定，致andU受有损害、支出费用或遭到第三人求偿，应对andU负损害赔偿责任。用户亦应对"andU"中之内容自行加以判断，并承担因使用内容所引起之所有风险，包括用户因内容产生正确性、完整性或实用性的依赖所造成之风险。andU无法且不会对用户任何行为或是损失承担责任。

2.5 You fully understand and agree that "andU" only provides a platform for information sharing, transmission, and acquisition, and users must be responsible for all actions under their registered account, including any content you transmit and any resulting results. If there is any violation of legal provisions during the use of this service, including but not limited to infringement of intellectual property rights or other rights and interests of andUor third parties, the user shall bear relevant legal responsibilities. If andUviolates laws, these terms, or the relevant membership regulations, resulting in damage, expenses, or third-party claims, andU shall be liable for compensation for damages. Users should also make their own judgments on the content in "andU" and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including the risks caused by the user's reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or practicality of the content. andU cannot and will not be responsible for any actions or losses of the user.

2.6 您在本服务中或通过"andU"所传送的任何内容并不代表andU之观点或是政策，andU将不会对此承担任何责任。

Any content you transmit in this service or through "andU" does not represent andU's views or policies, andU will not be held responsible for this.

2.6 您充分理解并同意：因业务发展需要、突发情势等，本产品可能会临时变更，暂停、限制或者终止本产品部分或全部服务，公司将努力但不保证能做到事先通知。

2.6 You fully understand and agree that due to business development needs, unexpected circumstances, etc., this product may be temporarily changed, suspended, restricted, or terminated in part or in whole. The company will make efforts, but does not guarantee that prior notice can be given.

2.7 andU提供之服务中可能包括广告，您同意在使用过程中显示"andU"和第三方供应商、合作伙伴之广告。您应当自行判断该广告或推广资讯的真实性和可靠性并为自己的判断行为负责。除法律法规明确规定外，您因该广告或推广资讯进行的购买、交易或因前述内容遭受的损害或损失，您应自行承担，"andU"不予承担责任。

2.7 The services provided by andU may include advertisements, and you agree to display advertisements from andUand third-party suppliers and partners during use. You should make your own judgment on the authenticity and reliability of the advertisement or promotional information, and be responsible for your own judgment. Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, any purchase, transaction, or damage or loss suffered by you due to the advertisement or promotional information shall be borne by yourself, and andU shall not be liable.

2.8 除了遵守本条款及andU相关会员规范外，您在使用"andU"时（例发文，发布语音讯息，贴照片、短影片等）同意遵守法律法规、社会善良风俗及遵守互联网国际使用惯例与礼节之相关规定。除了遵守本条款及andU相关会员规范外，您同意遵守互联网国际使用惯例与礼节之相关规定。

2.8 In addition to abiding by these terms and relevant andUmember specifications, when you use "andU" (such as sending documents, releasing voice messages, pasting photos, short videos, etc.), you agree to abide by laws and regulations, social good customs, and the relevant provisions of Internet international usage practices and etiquette. In addition to complying with these terms and relevant andU member specifications, you agree to comply with the relevant provisions of Internet international usage practices and etiquette.

A. 危害国家安全、泄漏国家机密或损害国家名誉及利益。

A. Harming national security, leaking national secrets, or damaging national reputation and interests.  

B. 煽动种族仇恨、带有种族歧视、破坏民族团结。

B. Incite racial hatred, carry racial discrimination, and undermine national unity.  

C. 散布谣言、扰乱社会秩序、破坏社会稳定。

C. Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability.

D. 猥亵、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪（含高危险性、危害表演者自身或他人身心健康的内容）。

D. Indecenity, gambling, violence, homicide, terrorism, or incitement to commit crimes (including high-risk content that endangers the physical and mental health of the performer or others).

E. 侮辱或者诽谤他人。

E. Insult or defame others.

F. 违法侵害他人知识产权或其他权利（包括但不限於姓名权、肖像权、名誉权、隐私权、代理权）。

F. Illegally infringing on the intellectual property or other rights of others (including but not limited to the rights of name, portrait, reputation, privacy, and agency).

G. 张贴、散布、传送、播送、公开播放或以其他任何方式展现私人的、特许的、专有的、攻击性的、恫吓的、暴力的、煽动暴力的、裸露的、歧视性的、不法的、仇恨性的、骚扰性的、猥亵色情的或具性暗示的资料、文字、档案、资讯、使用者名称、图像、图画、图片、图示、照片、素描、声音及影像剪辑、声响、音乐作品、著作、连结或任何其他内容。

G. Posting, disseminating, transmitting, broadcasting, publicly broadcasting, or otherwise displaying private, licensed, proprietary, aggressive, intimidating, violent, inciting, explicit, discriminatory, unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene, pornographic or sexually suggestive materials, texts, files, information, user names, images, drawings, illustrations, photos, sketches, sound and video editing, sound, music works, works, links, or any other content.

H. 散布商业广告，或类似的商业招揽资讯、过度行销资讯及垃圾资讯。

H. Spread commercial advertisements, or similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information, and junk information.

I. 利用本平台进行洗钱、恐怖主义活动资金筹集或向任何可能受制裁的人士或实体提供金融及其他受限服务的活动。

I. Using this platform for money laundering, terrorist fundraising, or providing financial and other restricted services to any potentially sanctioned person or entity.

J. 其他违反法律、本条款或andU相关会员规范之规定，或有背于公共秩序或善良风俗之内容。

J. Other violations of laws, these terms, or andU related membership regulations, or content that goes against public order or good customs.

K. 包含恐怖、暴力血腥、高危险性、危害表演者自身或他人身心健康内容的，包括但不限于以下情形：

K. Including terrorism, violent and bloody content, high risk, and content that endangers the physical and mental health of the performer or others, including but not limited to the following situations:

- 任何暴力和/或自残行为内容；

- Any violent and/or self harm behavior content;

- 任何威胁生命健康、利用刀具等危险器械表演的危及自身或他人人身及/或财产权利的内容；

- Any content that threatens one's own or others' personal and/or property rights by performing with dangerous equipment such as knives, which poses a threat to life and health;

- 怂恿、诱导他人参与可能会造成人身伤害或导致死亡的危险或违法活动的内容。

- Encouraging or inducing others to participate in dangerous or illegal activities that may cause personal injury or death.

2.9 andU有权依其合理判断，针对有违反法律、本条款或andU相关会员规范之虞，或有侵犯、妨害、威胁任何人权利或安全之虞的内容，或者假冒他人的行为，依法停止传输任何前述内容，并有权自行判断对违反条款的任何人士采取适当的法律行动，包括但不限于从本服务中删除具有违法、侵权、不适当等内容，终止违反者的会员资格，阻止其使用"andU"全部或部分服务，并且依据法律规定保存有关讯息并向有关单位呈报等。

2.9 andU has the right to, in its reasonable judgment, stop transmitting any content that violates the law, these terms, or andU related membership norms, or infringes, obstructs, or threatens the rights or safety of anyone, or impersonates others, and has the right to take appropriate legal action against any person who violates the terms, including but not limited to deleting illegal, infringing, inappropriate content from this service, terminating the violator's membership, preventing them from using all or part of andU's services, and preserving relevant information and reporting to relevant units in accordance with legal provisions.

2.10 andU上的所有著作、服务软件、画面安排或所涉及之图片、文字或其组成以及其他"andU"标志及产品、服务名称等资料，其著作权、专利权、商标、营业秘密及其他知识产权、所有权或其他权利，均属andU或其权利人所有，除事先经andU或其个别权利人之合法授权外，任何人皆不得擅自以任何形式重制、改作、编辑、散布、传输或基于租用、出售、出借或其他目的加以使用，违者应自负所有法律责任，andU得依法请求赔偿。

2.10 All works, service software, visual arrangements, images, text or their composition, as well as other "andU" logos, product and service names and other materials on "andU" belong to andU or its rights holders. The copyright, patent rights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, ownership or other rights belong to andU or its rights holders. Except with the prior legal authorization of andU or its individual rights holders, no one is allowed to reproduce, modify, edit, distribute, transmit, or use them for rental, sale, lending or other purposes in any form without authorization. Violators shall bear all legal responsibilities, andU has the right to request compensation in accordance with the law.

2.11 您应对使用本产品的行为负责，除非法律允许或者经公司事先书面许可，使用本产品不得具有下列行为：

2.11 You shall be responsible for the use of this product. Unless permitted by law or with prior written permission from the company, the use of this product shall not involve any of the following behaviors:

A. 非法侵入网络、干扰网络正常功能、窃取网络数据等危害网络安全的活动；

A. Illegal intrusion into the network, interference with normal network functions, theft of network data, and other activities that endanger network security;

B. 提供专门用于从事侵入网络、干扰网络正常功能及防护措施、窃取网络数据等危害网络安全活动的程序、工具；

B. Provide programs and tools specifically designed to engage in activities that endanger network security, such as intrusion into networks, interference with normal network functions and protective measures, theft of network data, etc;

C. 明知他人从事危害网络安全的活动的，为其提供技术支持、广告推广、支付结算等帮助；

C. Provide technical support, advertising promotion, payment settlement, and other assistance to others who knowingly engage in activities that endanger network security;

D. 使用未经许可的数据或进入未经许可的服务器/账号；

D. Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;

E. 未经允许进入公众计算机网络或者他人计算机系统并删除、修改、增加存储信息；

E. Unauthorized access to public computer networks or other people's computer systems and deletion, modification, or addition of stored information;

F. 未经许可，企图探查、扫描、测试本产品系统或网络的弱点或其它实施破坏网络安全的行为；

F. Attempting to explore, scan, test vulnerabilities in the system or network of this product, or engaging in other behaviors that disrupt network security without permission;

G. 企图干涉、破坏本产品系统或网站的正常运行，故意传播恶意程序或病毒以及其他破坏干扰正常网络信息服务的行为；

G. Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the product system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other behaviors that disrupt and interfere with normal network information services;

H. 伪造TCP/IP数据包名称或部分名称；

H. Forgery of TCP/IP packet names or partial names;

I. 对本产品软件及相关服务进行反向工程、反向汇编、编译或者以其他方式尝试发现本产品及相关服务的源代码；

I. Reverse engineering, disassembling, compiling, or attempting to discover the source code of this product and related services through other means;

J. 恶意注册本产品账号，包括但不限于冒用他人名义注册、频繁、批量注册账号；

J. Malicious registration of this product account, including but not limited to using someone else's name to register, frequent, and batch registration of accounts;

K. 违反法律法规、本协议、公司的相关规则及侵犯他人合法权益的其他行为。

K. Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, this agreement, relevant rules of the company, and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.

3. 隐私保护

除非法律规定或因相关主管机关要求外，andU在未获您授权时，不会任意出售、交换、出租或公开您的姓名、地址、电子邮件信箱，以及其他依法受保护的个人资讯。您也同意andU于法律许可的范围内，允许andU之关系企业或合作伙伴使用您的个人资料以提供您其他服务。您同意andU得就您的个人资料作成会员统计资料；如该统计资料，不涉及揭露任何会员的个人身份，您同意并允许andU为任何合法公开的使用。您同意andU，于下列情形发生时，得依法公开您的个人资讯：

Unless required by law or required by relevant regulatory authorities, andU will not sell, exchange, rent or disclose your name, address, email address, and other legally protected personal information without your authorization. You also agree to allow andU's affiliated enterprises or partners to use your personal information to provide you with other services within the scope permitted by law. You agree that andU can use your personal information as member statistics. If this statistical data does not involve disclosing the personal identity of any member, you agree and allow andU to use it for any lawful and public purposes. You agree that andU may disclose your personal information in accordance with the law when:

3.5.1 请用户注意勿在使用"andU"服务中透露自己的各类财产账户、银行卡、信用卡、第三方支付账户及对应密码等重要信息、资料，否则由此带来的任何损失由用户自行承担。

3.5.1 Please be careful not to disclose important information and information such as your various property accounts, bank cards, credit cards, third-party payment accounts, and corresponding passwords when using the "andU" service. Otherwise, any losses caused by this will be borne by the user.

3.5.2 用户在使用"andU"服务时不可将自认为隐私的信息发表、上传至"andU"，也不可将该等信息通过"andU"的服务传播给其他人。若用户自身的行为引起的隐私泄露，由用户自行承担责任。

3.5.2 When using the andU service, users are not allowed to publish or upload information they consider private to the andU, nor can they spread such information to others through the andU service. If privacy leakage is caused by the user's own behavior, the user shall bear the responsibility on their own.

3.5.3 andU在提供服务时可能会搜集用户信息，"andU"将告知用户用意来源。

3.5.3 andU may collect user information when providing services, and will inform users of the intended source.

3.5.4 用户知悉并了解，就下列相关事宜的发生，"andU"不承担任何法律责任：

3.5.6 由于用户将用户账号信息和密码等重要信息告知他人或与他人共享注册账户，由此导致的任何个人信息泄露，或其他非因"andU"的原因导致的个人信息泄露。

3.5.6 Any personal information leakage caused by users informing others or sharing their registered accounts with others of important information such as user account information and passwords, or other personal information leakage not caused by andU reasons.

3.5.7 任何由于黑客攻击、电脑病毒侵入造成的信息泄露。

3.5.7 Any information leakage caused by hacker attacks or computer virus intrusions.

3.5.8 因不可抗力导致的信息泄露。

6.2 andU does not guarantee the stability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation of various services. You acknowledge and are willing to bear the risks and any damages that may arise from using this service: if the interruption, temporary inability to use, delay, data transmission or storage errors are caused by poor ISP network line quality, network system software and hardware equipment failure or malfunction of andU, other cooperative manufacturers or related telecommunications operators, or human operation negligence, or if third parties invade the system to tamper with or forge data, resulting in delays or progress backtracking during the game, and causing your losses, andU will not be liable for compensation.
